Our Management
Mr. Remesh P assumed charge as Director (Finance) on 10 September 2025. A seasoned finance professional, Mr. Remesh has over 27 years of experience with HLL, having joined the organisation in 1998 as Assistant Manager (Finance). Over the years, he has held key leadership roles across multiple divisions, including heading the finance functions of major manufacturing units of HLL. He has been serving as the Chief Finance Officer of the Company since 2023.
His expertise covers a wide spectrum of financial and organisational domains, including Financial Management, Treasury Management, Taxation, Budgeting, Costing, Forex Management, Pricing Policies, Audit Management, and Contracting & Procurement Management.
He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Kerala and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
